Of course. We have an experienced design team and can design for free. Once you give us your design requirements, we will make artwork for your confirmation and put your good ideas into practice.
Q3. How long is your production and shipping time?
Our badge production time is usually about 15-20 days after the design draft is confirmed, and the shipping time is about 7-15 days.
Q4. Do you have a copyright certificate to ensure that my design will not be used without permission or reproduced after modification?
We attach great importance to copyright issues and assure you that all custom badge designs in our company are protected and we will not sell your designs. All your custom designs are safe with us, and we can sign a confidentiality agreement if necessary. You can provide us with a draft confidentiality agreement and we will sign and seal it for you
Q5. Is there anything else I need to know before designing and placing an order?
After placing an order, we will provide the original design free of charge within 24 hours (except statutory holidays) and can modify it according to your requirements. When the process is feasible, we will start production after you confirm the original design. If you want to check the original design before placing an order, you will be charged $10 per design, which will be deducted after you place the order.
